S 3021 (self-adhesive / not adhesive) remaining stock-sal

S 3021 (self-adhesive) is a closed-cell polyolefin foam (PO), the surface is laminated with a grained PVC-foil (thickness 1.3 mm), colour grey. Self-adhesive equipment with a high-quality and moisture resistant modified adhesive system based on acrylate.

S 3021a (not adhesive) is a closed-cell polyolefin foam (PO), the surface is laminated with a grained PVC-foil (thickness 1.3 mm), colour grey.

Self-adhesive:
The surface must be carefully cleaned from dust, grease, oil and water.
Full area adhesion has to be insured. The adhesion strength is directly dependent from the processing pressure. The material has to be pressed in firmly, e.g. using a feed roll.
Processing temperature: 18 - 25 °C

Not adhesive:
Mechanical attachment
Adhesive with fluid glue
Processing temperature: 18 - 25 °C

Dry at temperatures between 18 - 25 °C
Max storage time 6 months

Self-adhesive:
Standard boards 1,270 x 2,000 mm untrimmed,
other sizes and cut-to-size pieces upon request.

Not adhesive:
Standard boards 1,400 x 2,000 mm untrimmed,
other sizes and cut-to-size pieces upon request.
