S 3004/...-L/...-KL (self-adhesive / not adhesive)
S 3004/...-L/...-KL (self-adhesive) is a material combination of a polyethylene foam (thickness approx. 5 - 15 mm) covered with a perforated composite (thickness approx. 5 - 10 mm, small holes (-KL)) made of a polyurethane foam (polyester) and a PVC artificial leather (RAL-colours) as a protective and decorative surface. Self-adhesive equipment with a high-quality adhesive system based on acrylate. S 3004a/...-L/...-KL (not adhesive) is a material combination of a polyethylene foam (thickness approx. 5 - 15 mm) covered with a perforated composite (thickness approx. 5 - 10 mm, small holes (-KL)) made of a polyurethane foam (polyester) and a PVC artificial leather (RAL-colours) as a protective and decorative surface.

Heat insulation, Thermoliner, airborne sound absorption (absorption)
Applications
Vehicle cabs, inner lining, impact protection etc.
Processing
Self-adhesive:
The surface must be carefully cleaned from dust, grease, oil and water.
Full area adhesion has to be insured. The adhesion strength is directly dependent from the processing pressure. The material has to be pressed in firmly, e.g. using a feed roll.
Processing temperature: 18 - 25 °C
Not adhesive:
Mechanical attachment
Adhesive with fluid glue

Option
Various material thicknesses and surface colours from artificial leather are available on request.

Dry at temperatures between 18 - 25 °C
Max storage time 6 months
