1. Idea

It all starts with your idea. You intend a complex project for your company and therefore you need finest components? Due to the suspension-based additive method for technical ceramics we manufacture filigree small components. In contrast to traditional manufacturing methods, the additive manufacturing of our 3D-printing ceramics enables us to produce small series or prototypes at economical prices. We manufacture from lot size 1 onwards. Inform us about your idea without any obligation.


2. Feasibility check

Having received your ideas, our specialists will check how to realise your project. Here both technical and economical factors play a role. It is our ambition to make everything possible for our customers. However, we do not make false promises and neither those we are not convinced of.


3. Agreement with the customer

Subsequently we will inform you on our assessment, how we will proceed and which expenses will be related to the project. Only after you are convinced of our joint action the order will be made.


4. Designing the CAD-model

You are convinced of our plan and place the order for production. Now we design a CAD-model of your individual project. In the CAD-model the product takes shape which is the basic for the 3D-printing ceramics.


5. Printing of your idea by additive manufacturing

We print your idea by the latest technologies. The LCM-method is characterised by a multi-part additive manufacturing process to build up technical 3D-ceramics. In doing so 3-dimensional components are produced by connecting layers.


6. Thermal treatment

Then a thermal treatment of the ceramic object follows being processed in different steps. Firstly in thermal debinding the photo-sensitive polymers are removed. After that the sintering process follows leading to the high density of the ceramic component.


7. Examination

After the thermal treatment the manufactured ceramic object is examined. The component is checked as to its qualities so it will meet your requirements and our quality standards.


8. The finished component

After the fine component passed our examination, we deliver the object to you for your application. In follow-up we share information on whether your idea could be realised by our ceramic object. Only if you are satisfied, we are so as well!


9. Quality control

Our state-of-the-art Keyence 3D digital optical measurement system allows us to make contactless measurement checks. The system will check dimensions, flatness and surface quality with an accuracy of 1 µm.
