New 3D printer: CeraFab System S65

With the acquisition of the CeraFab System S65 and investment in the latest generation of industry-oriented 3D printers, including further furnaces, we are meeting the increasing requirements for additively manufactured components made of high-performance ceramics.

The CeraFab System can be expanded to up to four production units to meet the needs of industrial serial production. In combination with optimized process parameters a significant increase in productivity is achieved.

We continue to rely on the latest production technologies of the market leader Lithoz.

With dimensions of 81.9 x 51.4 x 250 mm for aluminium oxide and 75.3 x 47.2 x 240 mm for zirconium oxide and a lateral resolution of 40 μm the CeraFab System S65 is suitable for larger components with highest precision. An objective lens specially developed for this process ensures reproducible results of any printed component, if necessary even in the micrometer range.

As a service provider we use the proven LCM process (Lithography-based Ceramic Manufacturing) to realize prototyping in serial quality as well as serial production for a wide range of applications and industries.
