Industrial series production

For years, we have been successfully engaged in industrial series production of ceramic components that are additively manufactured using LCM technology.

We accompany you through all process steps - from CAD design, shaping and post-processing to the finished component and ensure efficiently set-up quality assurance and high delivery performance. During implementation our focus is on the key criteria of productivity, process stability, quality assurance and cost-effectiveness. Through permanent optimization of the manufacturing process, we realize economical series production of 3D-printed ceramic components.

In a customer project, for example, we developed a ceramic component for a well-known manufacturer of medical devices, which we successfully took to additive series production with 12,000 units per year.
