S 3508 (self-adhesive / not adhesive)

S 3508 (self-adhesive) is a flexible closed-cell polyolefin foam (PO).
Self-adhesive equipment with a high-quality adhesive system based on acrylate.

S 3508a (not adhesive) is a flexible closed-cell polyolefin foam (PO).

Self-adhesive:
The surface must be carefully cleaned from dust, grease, oil and water.
Full area adhesion has to be insured. The adhesion strength is directly dependent from the processing pressure. The material has to be pressed in firmly, e.g. using a feed roll.
Processing temperature: 18 - 25 °C

Not adhesive:
Mechanical attachment
Adhesion with liquid adhesive
Processing temperature: 18 - 25 °C

Dry at temperatures between 18 - 25 °C
Max storage time: 6 months

Standard boards 1,550 x 2,000 mm (not adhesive),
1,290 x 2,000 mm (self-adhesive),
other sizes and cut-to-size pieces upon request.
