S 3714

S 3714 is a polyurethane-foam (polyester), surface compacted and stamped with a lozenge structure, laminated on a heavy foil based of polyethylene vinyl acetate (EVA). Self-adhesive equipment with a high-quality adhesive system based on acrylate.

Airborne sound absorption (absorption) and structure-borne sound insulation (anti-drumming)

Sound insulating cabins, vehicle cabs, mechanical engineering etc.

The surface must be carefully cleaned from dust, grease, oil and water.
Full area adhesion has to be insured. The adhesion strength is directly dependent from the processing pressure. The material has to be pressed in firmly, e.g. using a feed roll.
When installed on top an additional mechanical fastening is necessary.
Processing temperature: 18 - 25 °C

Dry at temperatures between 18 - 25 °C
Max storage time: 6 months

Standard boards 1,000 x 1,600 mm untrimmed, rolls,
other sizes and cut-to-size pieces upon request.
