M 2097

M 2097 is a polyurethane-foam (polyester), the surface is compacted and stamped with a lozenge imprinting. Self-adhesive equipment with an increase humidity resistant adhesive system based on acrylate.

Airborne sound absorption (absorption)

Sound insulating cabins, vehicle cabs, mechanical engineering, nacelle lining (wind energy converter), etc.

The surface must be carefully cleaned from dust, grease, oil and water.
Full area adhesion has to be insured. The adhesion strength is directly dependent from the processing pressure. The material has to be pressed in firmly, e.g. using a feed roll.
With the installation about head an additional mechanical attachment is necessary.
Processing temperature: 18 - 25 °C

Dry at temperatures between 18 - 25 °C
Max storage time: 6 months
