M 1425 is a polyurethane-foam (polyether, thickness 25 mm), surface skin with a grey polyurethane foil, laminated on a composite of two glass fibre mats (thickness 7 mm) with an intermediate heavy foil based on bitumen. Self-adhesive equipment with a high-quality adhesive system based on acrylate.

Airborne sound absorption (absorption) and airborne sound insulation

Mechanical engineering, plant constructions, sound insulation cabins, vehicle cabs etc.

The surface must be carefully cleaned from dust, grease, oil and water.
Full area adhesion has to be insured. The adhesion strength is directly dependent from the processing pressure. The material has to be pressed in firmly, e.g. using a feed roll.

The protection foil must be removed after the assembly!

Processing temperature: 18 - 25 °C

Dry at temperatures between 18 - 25 °C
Max storage time: 3 months

Standard boards 1,000 x 1,600 mm untrimmed,
other sizes and cut-to-size pieces upon request.
