M 1281/30-2.1

M 1281/30-2.1 is a largely open-cell polyurethane-burl foam (polyether, thickness approx. 30 mm), laminated on a heavy foil based on bitumen. Self-adhesive equipment with a high-quality adhesive system based on acrylate.

Mechanical engineering, plant construction, sound insulation cabins, vehicle cabs, sound absorber etc.

The surface must be carefully cleaned from dust, grease, oil and water.
Full area adhesion has to be insured. The adhesion strength is directly dependent from the processing pressure. The material has to be pressed in firmly, e.g. using a feed roll.
Processing temperature: 18 - 25 °C

Dry at temperatures between 18 - 25 °C
Max storage time: 3 months

Standard boards 1,000 x 1,600 mm untrimmed,
