S 3301/5-5-2.1-L/SW-GL

S 3301/5-5-2.1-L/SW-GL is a material combination of a polyethylene foam (thickness approx. 5 mm) covered with a perforated composite (thickness approx. 5 mm, large perforation) made ​​of a polyurethane foam (polyester) and a PVC artificial leather as a protective and decorative surface, colour black, similar RAL 9011, laminated on a bitumen heavy foil.
Self-adhesive equipment with a high-quality and moisture-resistant adhesive system based on modified acrylate.

Airborne sound insulation

Vehicle cabs, sound capsules, mechanical engineering, interior paneling etc.

The surface must be carefully cleaned from dust, grease, oil and water.
Full area adhesion has to be insured. The adhesion strength is directly dependent from the processing pressure. The material has to be pressed in firmly, e.g. using a feed roll.
Processing temperature: 18 - 25 °C

Different material thicknesses, as well as surface colours of artificial leather are available on request.
Transparent protection foil on the surface, must be removed after the assembly!

Dry at temperatures between 18 - 25 °C
Max storage time: 6 months

Standard boards 1,000 x 1,600 mm untrimmed,
other sizes and cut-to-size pieces upon request.
