S 3205/...-L/...

S 3205/...-L/... is a polyurethane-foam (polyether), surface laminated with a stamped PVC-artificial leather (RAL-leather colours). Self-adhesive equipment with a high-quality adhesive system based on acrylate.

Airborne sound absorption (absorption)

Sound insulating cabins, vehicle cabs, mechanical engineering etc.

The surface must be carefully cleaned from dust, grease, oil and water.
Full area adhesion has to be insured. The adhesion strength is directly dependent from the processing pressure. The material has to be pressed in firmly, e.g. using a feed roll.

Please do not use aggressive cleaning agents!

For cleaning use soapsuds or special cleaners for leather.

Transparent protection foil on the surface, must be removed after the assembly!

Processing temperature: 18 - 25 °C

Dry at temperatures between 18 - 25 °C
Max storage time: 6 months

Standard boards 1,000 x 1,380 mm untrimmed,
