S 3016/...-L/... (self-adhesive / not adhesive)

S 3016/...-L/... (self-adhesive) is a closed-cell polyolefin foam (PO) in a flexible design, the surface is laminated with a PVC-artificial leather (RAL-colours). Self-adhesive equipment with a high-quality and moisture-resistant adhesive system based on modified acrylate.

S 3016a/...-L/... (not adhesive) is a closed-cell polyolefin foam (PO) in a flexible design, the surface is laminated with a PVC-artificial leather (RAL-colours).

Different colours of surfaces from artificial leather are available on request.

Transparent protection foil on the surface, must be removed after the assembly.

Self-adhesive:
The surface must be carefully cleaned from dust, grease, oil and water.
Full area adhesion has to be insured. The adhesion strength is directly dependent from the processing pressure. The material has to be pressed in firmly, e.g. using a feed roll.
Processing temperature 18 - 25 °C

Not adhesive:
Mechanical attachment
Adhesive with fluid glue
Processing temperature 18 - 25 °C

Dry at temperatures between 18 - 25 °C
Storage time: max 6 months

Self-adhesive:
Standard boards 1,290 x 2,000 mm (usable approx. 1,270 x 2,000 mm) untrimmed,
other sizes and cut-to-size pieces upon request.

Not adhesive:
Standard boards 1,380 x 2,000 mm untrimmed,
other sizes and cut-to-size pieces upon request.
